For Revive 2025 our theme is ‘The Call of Christ’. It is the title of the final chapter of Roger Forster’s second commentary on the book of Revelation. It’s a particularly powerful and an important message for today. It’s a call for the church to rise up and be overcomers!
Jesus speaks over His Church with words that are “Faithful and True” (Rev 22:6), inspiring us to live with greater depths of faith as we work towards his return. Bursting out of Revelation 22, Revive will be full of:
- The full revelation of the bible (Rev 22:7), through inspiring biblical teaching, seminars, discussion groups and more.
- The imminence of Christ’s return, spending time together in God’s presence, communing with heaven as we anticipate Jesus’ coming through worship, prayer, spiritual gifts, prophecy and more.
- A call to radical holiness. What better way to express this than sharing together in a genuine Christian community together around the camp, encouraging one another and praying for another as we seek to live in the beauty of his holiness. We are overwhelmed with gratitude to God for his miraculous provision during our 2024 Jubilee year, and we hear our faithful God calling us to live in a deeper level of radical holiness (Rev 22:11).
The Call of Christ is for every believer! God is doing wonderful things in His church in these days, whatever the pressures of the world may seem to be.
Revive
Revive is a unique Christian Holiday week retreat, when Christians come together to celebrate, worship, pray and share life in the name of Jesus.
We come from all over the UK and across the world. From different backgrounds, communities and workplaces, to spend time together – what brings us together is the banner of Jesus that we are flying together.
Revive is a place where God is encountered, lives are restored and relationships are deepened. Plus, there’s lots of time and opportunity for fun and relaxation!
There’s a sports programme including family treasure hunts. Relax and be entertained at Café Ash. Organise games or a church barbeque on the campsite. Roll up, roll up to Wednesday’s village fête. Explore acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Everyone loves Revive – from age 0–100. There are programme streams for babies, toddlers, children, youth, young adults ……… and older adults.
This could be the best week of your life. And your children’s lives. And your children’s children’s lives!
Healings. Miracles. Answered prayers. Prophetic words. Holy Spirit baptism. Oppressive situations broken. We have seen God faithfully show His salvation power year after year at Revive. And with a continuous stream of prayer, worship and ministry throughout the week, there are so many opportunities to receive God’s salvation work in every area of your life. As Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 6, ‘Now is “the day of salvation!”’
Worship at Revive
Worship is an incredibly important part of Revive. We have more reflective worship in the morning and evening sacrifices, and also in the Prayer Community and listening to God times throughout the week. In the celebrations there is lively declaration worship, and we also begin the Revive week with a powerful praise march around the site, following a truck loaded with musicians and worshippers whilst singing, waving banners and praying over each venue. This is always an incredible start to the week and not to be missed!
Worship outside and bless the camp with Worship without Walls! On certain days we commission worshippers to move across the campsite and around the house first thing in the morning singing worship over the camp! It is such a powerful time as many people bring their trumpets, violins, drums and voices to praise God and sing His name across the site at 8am! It is so wonderful to begin each day with worship around the campsite (come rain or shine).
