• 10% non-refundable deposit is due on booking.
  • If your payment fails on checkout, your room is not guaranteed, and you must pay the 10% deposit to secure your room. If the deposit payment is not received within 7 days, your room will be released and re-sold.
  • All house bookings must be paid in full by 1st June 2025. Rooms with outstanding balances after this date may be lost and 30% of the booking fee will be non-refundable.
  • All bookings for Revive 2025 require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking until 31st May 2025.  If we do not receive your deposit we reserve the right to cancel your room.
  • If you cancel your booking on or before 31st May 2025, you will lose the 10% non-refundable deposit and administration fee. We will refund you 90%.
  • If you cancel your booking from 1st June – 17th July 2025, there will be a 30% cancellation charge to cover our non-refundable infrastructure costs and administration fee. We will refund you 70%.
  • Bookings are non-refundable from 18th July 2025. If you cancel after this time you are not eligible for a refund on payments made because all details have been sent to Ashburnham and Ichthus has been charged. If you have an exceptional reason then please send us details and we may be able to consider your case and carry the credit on your booking over to Revive 2026.
  • Revive Bookings are non-transferable (i.e. cannot be transferred into someone else’s name). This means if you have booked into the house and leave Revive early, you cannot give your room to someone else at Revive, even on the last Friday night. If you do not agree to this, please do not book into a room.
  • All camping bookings require a 10% deposit.  If we do not receive your deposit we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • The 10% deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable, unless you are a volunteer in which case, you will be refunded.
  • If you haven’t paid the early-bird ticket in full by 23:59 on the 31st May 2025, the standard camping ticket price will be applied to your booking.
  • From the 1st June 2025 camping bookings will be charged at the standard ticket price and a 30% deposit is required.
  • By the 18th July 2025 all camping bookings must be paid in full
  • Bookings are non-refundable from 19th July 2025. If you cancel after this time you are not eligible for a refund on payments made because all details have been sent to Ashburnham and Ichthus has been charged. If you have an exceptional reason then please send us details and we may be able to consider your case and carry the credit on your booking over to Revive 2026.

For Revive 2025, any administrative amendments made to your Revive bookings will incur a fee of £25 per amendment. This fee will be payable on the phone at the time of making the amendment to people/items. We will use some grace to initially get bookings correct if genuine mistakes have been made, but after that, any changes will incur this £25 fee.

We have implemented this policy because making changes to bookings requires significant time and resources from our administrative team as they can only be done on the phone. Sometimes people amend their bookings many times!

  • The “Empty Bed Fee” applies when you book a room and all the beds in the room are not filled.
  • Any unoccupied beds in your room will incur an empty bed fee, which is charged at a reduced price.
  • The person staying will receive a wristband for meals, as meals are allocated to individuals, not beds.
  • This fee allows you to stay in a room even if you don’t have someone to share it with.
  • You cannot book an empty room and fill them with guests later.
  • There must be at least one person coming to Revive at time of booking.
  • This is to avoid holding rooms for people that may never be filled which stops others from booking in.
