Cancellation Policy | Revive UK Christian Holiday Retreat

All bookings for Revive 2025 require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking until 31^st May 2025. If we do not receive your deposit we reserve the right to cancel your room.
If you cancel your booking on or before 31st May 2025, you will lose the 10% non-refundable deposit and administration fee. We will refund you 90%.
If you cancel your booking from 1st June – 17^th July 2025, there will be a 30% cancellation charge to cover our non-refundable infrastructure costs and administration fee. We will refund you 70%.
Bookings are non-refundable from 18th July 2025. If you cancel after this time you are not eligible for a refund on payments made because all details have been sent to Ashburnham and Ichthus has been charged. If you have an exceptional reason then please send us details and we may be able to consider your case and carry the credit on your booking over to Revive 2026.
Revive Bookings are non-transferable (i.e. cannot be transferred into someone else’s name). This means if you have booked into the house and leave Revive early, you cannot give your room to someone else at Revive, even on the last Friday night. If you do not agree to this, please do not book into a room.
You cannot book an empty room and fill them with guests later.

All camping bookings require a 10% deposit. If we do not receive your deposit we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The 10% deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable, unless you are a volunteer in which case, you will be refunded.
If you haven’t paid the early-bird ticket in full by 23:59 on the 31st May 2025, the standard camping ticket price will be applied to your booking.
From the 1st June 2025 camping bookings will be charged at the standard ticket price and a 30% deposit is required.
By the 18^th July 2025 all camping bookings must be paid in full
