Accommodation

There are a number of ways to enjoy Revive, whether you are with us for the whole week or visiting for an evening celebration.

Half board

Half board accommodation in Ashburnham House includes dinner, bed and breakfast, plus use of the guest lounges, conservatory and facilities for making tea and coffee. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are always in demand, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Camping

Toilets, showers, washing up facilities, water points and charging points are on site, as well as a well-stocked shop supplying groceries, ice and basic camping equipment. We can site your tents and caravans in corrals if you let us know your church group when booking.

Staying off-site

Those opting to stay off-site and visit each day can find a list of local accommodation options on the Battle website. Once you’ve found your accommodation, make sure to book your Revive visitor passes.

Day visitors

Day visitors are always welcome and can take part in the day’s full programme. Book in advance or register at the information desk when you arrive.

If you are bringing children please book in advance. Due to adult to child ratios we can’t guarantee places for children visiting for the day in the various programmes. However booking in advance gives the greatest opportunity to ensure your child a place in the relevant group.

Evening pass

As we get nearer to the event the programme for the week will be published here. so you can plan ahead which evening you want to join us.

Staying in the house

All prices are per-person, and include half board and a week pass to the event. There are only a very limited number of accessible rooms on site and are all in the En Suite category.

If you have accessibility requirements, please mention these in the ‘special requirements’ field of the booking form and if you have any questions please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Value Rooms

Value rooms share bathrooms and toilets with other guests. However, there is a sink and tea/coffee facilities in each room. These rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor with no lift available.

  1. All prices are per person. Prices are for ages as of 3 August 2019.
  2. All beds in a room must be booked. No partial rooms are available. Under-occupied house rooms will be sold at the full equivalent.
  3. 0–2-year-olds can sleep in a cot in your room for free.
  4. Accommodation is half-board, which includes bed, breakfast and dinner.

Camping

Already included is a space of 7m² per camper. If you require more please purchase additional space in 7m² increments.

Noah’s Ark Creche

There is an optional booking option that gives access for infants (1–2 years) to the Noah’s Ark creche facility, at a charge of £21. Alternatively, there will be space provided near the main marquee for parents whose children are not in Noah’s Ark.

Lunch deal (campers only)

The lunch deal offer includes a two-course lunch with tea and coffee in the house from Monday to Friday. Note that the lunch deal age brackets vary slightly in comparison with others.

Off-site week pass

*There is an extra cost for infants to go into the Noah’s Ark creche facility, which must be booked more than two weeks ahead of Revive. Get in touch with the Ichthus office for details.

Early bird

Book and pay your full booking total before 1 February 2019 and receive your Cafe Ash Coffee reward card. This entitles every adult on your booking to a daily free cup of tea or coffee!

Cancellation Policy

In case your circumstances change after you have booked, please let us know that you won’t be joining us in writing or drop an email to revive@ichthus.org.uk.

Room cancellations:

House cancellations made before the 21st June will be re-listed for sale until the end of the 21st June. A full refund, minus the 10% booking admin fee, will be given only upon successful resale of the room.

House cancellations from the 22nd June will not receive any refund.

Camping cancellations:

Camping cancellations before the 21st June will be given a full refund minus the 10% booking admin fee.

Camping cancellations from the 22nd June will be given a 50% refund of the total booking value.

Pass your booking on:

If it is a like-for-like booking, you’re welcome to pass your room or camping booking over to someone else before the 15th July, this will incur no fees. You will need to let us know who the new booking holder is and sort out any financial remuneration between yourself and the new booking holder.
